Ensuring Sustainable Family Engagement
At Flamboyan, we work to motivate and activate educators and leaders through high-impact, engaging training and learning experiences. Our training focuses on practice and active learning so that participants can immediately apply their learning in ways that improve and scale family engagement practices and improve outcomes for all children. Our teacher and leader trainings are led by a cadre of trained facilitators who have experience with Flamboyan’s model as teachers or engaged family members. Educators can expect to reflect on and challenge their assumptions about students and families to deepen their understanding of how systems of inequity impact their students.
